Question
How soon can I have a Skip Bin Delivered?
Depending on availability and your location, we can have the skip bin delivered to you within 1- 3 business days.
How long can I keep the Skip Bin for?
Our normal hire period is 1 – 5 days. After that it is an additional $20 per day.
How do I know what size bin to order?  
Consider a standard 6’ x 4’ box trailer for your car carries approximately 1 cubic meter. How many trailer loads do you need?
How much access is needed to deliver and pickup a Skip Bin?
Minimum requirements for access to place Skip Bin is a height clearance of 6m and width of 3m.
How much can I fill the Skip Bin?
To the top of bin only. Any excess may be left behind or charged at our cubic metre rate. Our drivers can face prosecution for unsafe or overweight loads, so please do not overfill the bin.
What if the bin is over the allocated weight allowance?
Additional fees are payable at $100 per tonne or part thereof for exceeding the allowance.
What if you are unable to collect the Skip Bin on the designated collection day?
We charge an additional call-out fee of $100 if we must return due to reasons beyond our control. e.g. locked gates, skip bin inaccessible, overloaded bin etc.
I have hazardous waste. What can I do?
You must contact your council to dispose of any hazardous materials.
What if I am not finished with the Skip bin by collection day?
Call 1800 180 180 at least 24hrs before collection date, and depending on availability, you should be able to keep the bin at an additional charge of $20 per day.
What happens if I wish to cancel my order?
We require 48 hours notice to cancel for a full refund. We cannot refund once the Skip Bin has been delivered.
When can I get a Skip Bin delivered or collected? 
We operate six days per week , Monday to Saturday. We are closed on public holidays.
Can I move the Skip Bin?
No. Once the bin is placed at your requested area, it cannot be moved under any circumstances. Our driver will always place the bin at his discretion for safety and legal reasons as per our Terms and Conditions.
Who is responsible for the Skip Bin when it is delivered?
Once delivered, you are responsible for the Skip Bin and any damage caused to it. We do, of course, accept the daily nature of 'wear-and-tear' on a bin, but responsibility excessive or wilful damage is yours.
